Download your tickets

If you have not received or are unable to find your e-tickets for The Christmas Experience at Lotherton Hall login to your Leeds Ticket Hub account at www.leedstickethub.co.uk go to the Sign In section to enter your login details and navigate to the Upcoming Events tab to view and screenshot your tickets. These will be available 7 days before the event.

If you need to change your tickets

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have questions about your booking you need to contact the Leeds Ticket Hub Team. The ticketing team is open Mon-Sat, 10am-4pm. The ticketing team can be contacted on 0113 376 0318.
