Book Tickets

The safety of our visitors and staff is our number one priority, to help keep everyone safe there are a number of measures we have implemented you need to know before booking:

• Numbers are limited to control capacity, all visitors (including Lotherton members and any other free entries) must have a pre-booked ticket before visiting.
• All tickets will have a 1 hour arrival time window, starting from 9am:
• If visiting Santa you are only allowed 2 adults accompanying up to 4 children. Each family group will visit Santa separately.
• All child Santa tickets require a Christmas Experience Entry ticket too.
• Once selecting a Santa child ticket please ensure you select a Christmas Experience Entry for everyone including children tickets for all other visitors (including members) and note your arrival time. We advise booking your entry time for at least 40 minutes before your Santa ticket time.
• Last entry to the Wildlife World is at 3.15pm

How to book as a Lotherton member

You must book an entry slot if you are a member as the estate will be at a limited capacity until 3 January 2021.

1. Choose your selected entry date on the ‘Tickets & Times’ tab 
2. Choose your entry time slot
3. Select Adult General Christmas Experience Entry and enter the quantity of adult members
4. Select Child General Christmas Experience Entry and enter the quantity of child members
5. Continue to checkout where you will be required to log in, once you have logged in and your membership has been verified you will not need to pay for tickets.
6. Please remember to bring your membership card and email confirmation of this booking
