Inline with current government recommendations the Under the Wishing Tree experience has been adapted to keep visitors safe. The experience will now take 30 – 35 minutes, visitors will meet the elves under the wishing tree but will not be seated for a performance. Visitors will still visit the Reindeer emporium and Post Office and will collect their reindeer feed and post their letters from outside the cabin. Young people will visit Santa in their family group only and will be socially distanced and remain outside Santa’s cabin, to keep Santa and our visitors safe.
For the smallest of little people, we are offering an opportunity to say hello with Santa outside his cabin and receive a special Christmas gift. This is a great opportunity for little people’s first visit to Santa, who may struggle engaging in the full 30-35 minute ‘Under the Wishing Tree’ experience.
Running Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 2pm from 29 November to 17 December.
On Tuesday 7th December we will have relaxed sessions of Under The Wishing Tree for families who have children with additional needs. Families can book a more relaxed visit with Santa and the Elves and then explore the Elf Village at our own leisure. You can book a 30min arrival window between 3pm and 6pm.
You will be greeted in the Elf Village by our top elves, where you will have the opportunity to make a Christmas wish under the Wishing Tree.
