Santa Relaxed Visits
You can book a relaxed visit to Santa in the North Pole for children with additional needs, on Thursday 7 December and Tuesday 12 December. Families can book a more relaxed visit with Santa and the Elves and then explore the snow filled North Pole at your own leisure.
You will be greeted in the North Pole by our top elves, for stories and fun in the snow filled wonderland. Visit Dizzy Bells in the elf emporium and take home your very own magical Christmas key for Christmas Eve. Pop by to see Pippin McJingles for stories and fun at the mysterious wishing well. Finally meet the main man himself in Santa’s Cabin for a special Christmas one to one, and a little present for the journey home.

Booking is required. This experience is about 30-35 minutes in total.
All visitors will be required to book a timed Christmas Experience Admission Ticket.
Mrs Claus Relaxed Visits
On these dates you can also meet Mrs Claus to decorate gingerbread in a more relaxed and less busy environment. Join Mrs Claus and the elves in the house to sing Christmas carols and decorate your very own edible gingerbread.
Thursday 7 & Tuesday 12 Dec between 3.00-6.30pm
Booking is required. This experience is about 20 minutes in total.
All visitors will be required to book a timed Christmas Experience Admission Ticket.
What To Expect At Our Relaxed Visits
For children with additional needs who require a quieter visit, such as those with a disability or SEND. These visits are for children who struggle with crowds, long queues and sensory overload.
On these dates the estate will be quieter and the group size will be smaller when visiting Santa and Mrs Claus.
Although you can explore the North Pole at your own leisure, there will be one way systems in place for everyone’s safety.
During your relaxed visit you also have access to wander the rest of the event, including the Festive Woodland Walk, Enchanting Elf Village, Fairy Dell, House and grounds.

Important information
- Pre-booked tickets are required for visiting Santa and Mrs Claus.
- All children and adults require a Christmas Experience Admission Ticket.
- No more than 2 adults and 4 children are allowed to meet Santa at any one time.
- There will be no further activities in the North Pole, other than Santa experiences. The enchanting Elf Village will be open to all visitors and this is where you can join the elves for refreshments and crafts.
