The House

Due to the current government tier 3 restrictions the house will not be open for visiting. However, the beautiful Edwardian Christmas decorations and displays will be dressed for viewing through the large windows to make sure you can still experience the traditional Christmas magic.

Wildlife World

Wildlife World, tells the story of the world’s natural heritage. It is a continued development of the original Bird Garden which has been a part of the estate since the 1980s. Meet playful Humboldt penguins as they splash about in their pool. See flamingos in their habitat and say hello to the resident tapir and capybaras.
Please note face coverings must be warn when exiting Wildlife World (through the shop) and all indoor enclosures will be closed. Close daily at 4pm, last entry 3.15pm.

Important information

  • A Christmas Experience estate ticket will be required to access these areas.
  • Please note last entry into Wildlife World is 3.15pm daily, last entry into the House is half an hour before estate closes.
  • All over 11s will be required to wear face masks in the house and exiting Wildlife World (through the shop) and we ask all families to maintain social distancing.
