What other measures are in place to keep you safe
Feeling unwell
If you have COVID-19 like symptoms we ask that you do not visit until safe to do so. Please contact Box Office to see if your tickets can be rescheduled for another time, please note this may not be possible with Santa but we will try our best to accommodate.
Additional cleaning
We will ensure all regular touch points will be cleaned regularly throughout the experience, such as interactive elements on the 12 Days Walk and in the Elf Village.
Test and trace
At various points around the event you will be asked for the contact details of one member of each group. This is being collected as part of the NHS Test and Trace campaign to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. Your data will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations. It will be stored securely for 21 days and only shared with the NHS if requested by the Test and Trace team.
Playgrounds
We will be cleaning the equipment regularly and limiting visitor numbers to ensure that the play areas are used safely, in line with national guidance. We ask that visitors do not eat or drink near or in the playgrounds.
Dogs
Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead and use the bins provided to dispose of dog waste. Dogs are not allowed in the House, Elf Village or Wildlife World.
