Safety Measures

The safety of our visitors and colleagues is our number one priority. To help keep everyone safe, we’ve continued with a number of measures to The Christmas Experience.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you back for a festive day out.

Pre-booking only

The Christmas Experience will be pre-book only. Tickets must be booked in advance and are not available to purchase at the gate. This is due to a reduced limited capacity on the estate. All members must book their free date and timed arrival tickets too and show their valid membership card upon arrival.

Social distancing

Please respectfully keep your distance from other families.

Sanitiser stations

Hand sanitiser stations will be positioned throughout the Walk and at key points around the event, please use these before touching any of the interactive elements of the event.

Card payments

Please pay via contactless payment wherever possible.

What other measures are in place to keep you safe

Additional cleaning

We will ensure all regular touch points will be cleaned regularly throughout the experience, such as interactive elements on the Christmas Traditions Walk and in the Elf Village.

Playgrounds and Festive Woodland Walk installations

Our play equipment and our installations are sprayed with a long lasting anti-viral spray protection and tested regularly. However we do advise good hand hygiene when using these pieces.

Dogs

Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead and use the bins provided to dispose of dog waste. Dogs are not allowed in the House, Elf Village or Wildlife World.
