Santa – Important Visitor Information

If you are booking a Santa visit please read this important information first.

Arrival

Please ensure that you arrive at Lotherton 40 minutes before your Santa time slot to allow for car-parking and getting to the North Pole.

Make your way to the North Pole 5 minutes before your time slot.

Should you arrive after your ticketed start time, you’ll be able to join your booked session part way through for the remaining time. Should you arrive after your booked slot has finished, unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate late arrivals in a later slot due to being fully booked.

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Please note that no dogs, food or drink or buggy’s are permitted in the North Pole.

When to see the rest of the Christmas Experience.

If you are visiting in the evening please check our last entry times here for the different areas, be aware your Santa visit will take 30-40 minutes, later time slots you may need to ensure you have visited the other areas first. Please allow an hour either side of your Santa visit when booking another timed activity like Mrs Claus or the Magic Show.

Accompanying adults

This is a group experience with 10 children in each time slot plus their accompanying adults.

Please remember that as per the booking terms for Santa, which were specified when you booked, up to 2 adults per sibling group may accompany. All members of your group must have a valid general admission ticket (adult and child).

All children, with the exception of ‘babes in arms’ or under 6 months of accompanying siblings, require a ticket before joining the event on the day. Only children with a purchased ticket will receive a gift from Santa. We are unable to admit any extra children (under 16) who don’t have a Santa ticke
